Our approach
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. This is a design and development target, rather than a claim that an independent accessibility audit has certified every part of the website.
The website is designed with clear headings, descriptive links, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts and support for reduced motion. Text and controls are intended to remain usable when you zoom or browse on a small screen.
Using a keyboard or assistive technology
You can use the keyboard to move through links, navigation and forms. A skip link at the beginning of the page takes you to the main content. Form guidance and validation messages help explain what is needed before an enquiry can be submitted.
If something is difficult to use
Please email info@rudbyhall.estate or call 01642 701839. Tell us which page or feature caused a problem and, if you are comfortable doing so, the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. Please avoid including sensitive information.
We will consider your feedback and help you access the information or make your enquiry another way.
External services and visits
External websites have their own accessibility arrangements. If your question concerns physical access to the estate or accommodation, contact us before visiting so we can discuss your requirements directly. Website accessibility features do not establish the suitability of a particular building or stay.
